Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services only within Pakistan. Our delivery partners, Trax and Postex, ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping fee: 100 PKR per order.

  • Free shipping on all orders above 3000 PKR.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare it for shipment.

Delivery Timeframe

After your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the efficiency of our delivery partners.

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking numbers upon request. Once your order is shipped, you can contact us at lensedeyecompany@gmail.com to receive your tracking details.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all areas within Pakistan that are serviceable by our delivery partners, Trax and Postex. If your area is reachable, we’ll deliver your order without any restrictions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund if you’ve made an advance payment. Please contact us at lensedeyecompany@gmail.com to resolve such issues.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard delivery.

Holiday or Peak Season Delays

During holidays or peak seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery times, typically 1-2 extra business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
